Our sound infrastructure enables us to manufacture a comprehensive range of leather goods / products & accessories. It is segregated into various sections, which include production unit including in-house designing unit, quality testing unit, warehouse & packaging unit. Spread across a wide area of 70,000 square feet, it is equipped with the latest machines and instruments that are required for carrying out the production process within the stipulated time frame.

We are engaged in sourcing a wide spectrum of fine leathers from across the globe, including captive tannery, with expertise to handle leathers of various origins. These are tanned using the traditional & modern techniques. The leather products are made using the following types of animal hides:

• Sheep skins: Polished, drum dyed, nappa, nubucks
• Cow hides: Polished, drum dyed, nappa, nubucks, veg tanned
• Goat skins: Drum dyed, nappa, suedes
• Buffalo hides: Drum dyed, polished, nubucks, veg tanned

 

We make use of environment friendly production processes to manufacture the products. Further, the workforce ensures that they do not employ children and promote bonded and prison labor at the unit.

 

Our production unit is designed as per the latest technology. It is installed with hi-end machines that facilitate in the smooth production of the leather goods / products & accessories.

These machines are regularly inspected and oiled to avert hassles in production. Our in-house designing facilities enable us to design unique leather products as per the requirements of the clients.  Apart from these, we aim to develop and design the products as per the requirements of the clients. We develop logos, zip pullers, logo embossing, other fitting and accessories, as per customer's designs and requirements.

Our company endeavors to offer quality leather goods / products & accessories to our clients. These are tested on different parameters to ensure that the products are perfect. Our team of quality controllers conducts stringent tests on various parameters, in our well equipped in-house quality control lab. We make use of quality leather, artificial leather, fabrics and textiles to design the products. They monitor the advanced testing facilities, ensuring that our range is at par with the international standards.

Our voluminous warehouse is used for storing the wide assortment of leather goods / products & accessories. The unit is divided into various sections that enable us to store the products as per their categories. Our unit is looked after by our warehouse personnel who maintain a track of the products stored and delivered to the clients.

Our packaging centre is looked after by experts who ensure that the products are properly packed using quality material. These are sent through the following means:
